Job summary

Inspira Financial seeks a Sr. Manager, Product Management to lead the product vision for Retirement & Wealth initiatives. You will partner with engineers, designers, architects, and business leaders to deliver customer-delighting, revenue-driving experiences from concept to delivery.

You will develop a 1-3 year roadmap, run data-driven prioritization, and drive value through OKRs and KPIs while mentoring a team of product professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate business, client and consumer needs into end-to-end digital solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and UX/design teams to align product vision with business value.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps with measurable OKRs and KPIs.
• Drive strategy with product and competitive research to shape long- and short-term plans.
• Prioritize features based on customer value, market demand, and technical feasibility.
• Mentor and guide product managers and business analysts to foster innovation.
