Inspira Financial is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Management (Remote) to lead the vision and delivery of Retirement & Wealth initiatives, partnering with engineers, designers, and business leaders to create simpler, value-driven product experiences.

You will own 1–3 year roadmaps, define measurable OKRs and KPIs, mentor managers, and collaborate across Technology, Design, Marketing, and Sales to drive revenue growth and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management
• 3+ years of experience leading a team
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business or related field; Master’s preferred
• Scrum Product Owner or Certified Product Manager credentials preferred
• User-centric / Design Thinking experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Translate business and client needs into end-to-end digital solutions.
• Develops and executes product roadmaps with OKRs and KPIs.
• Collaborates with Technology, Design, Marketing and Sales to prioritize features.
• Builds business cases and metrics to measure product performance.
