IRALOGIX, Inc. seeks a Product Director for Wealth & Retirement to lead the product organization, translating vision into executable strategy and hands-on delivery.

You will own the roadmap, define success metrics, and align engineering, marketing, and compliance around a compelling vision. The role requires deep retirement services expertise, a track record of leading PMs and designers, and a builder's mindset to deliver modern, compliant fintech solutions for financial institutions.

Qualificações

• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services product leadership.
• Track record of managing and developing a team of Product Managers and Product Designers.
• Deep hands-on experience within retirement services, IRA products, custodial operations, and wealth management.
• Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven product development (DOL, IRS, SEC, FINRA).
• Demonstrated track record shipping AI-powered features in a regulated financial services environment.
• Experience working alongside a CTO-led engineering organization with clear product/engineering boundaries.

Responsabilidades

• Translate the product vision into a structured, executable product strategy and roadmap with milestones and resources.
• Own planning processes including quarterly/annual roadmap planning and dependency management.
• Define product OKRs and track performance, adoption, and business impact.
• Make prioritization decisions balancing partner requests, market opportunities, investments, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct strategic market analysis and identify white-space opportunities and differentiated direction.
• Translate fintech and wealthtech trends into concrete hypotheses and align teams around them.
• Foster curiosity and calculated risk-taking within the product team.
