Job summary

IRALOGIX, Inc. is hiring a Client Success Specialist in Charlotte, NC to serve as a trusted client contact across retirement services.

You will combine IRA operations knowledge with strong communication to deliver exceptional client support and ensure seamless account servicing. The role requires 3+ years in financial services or IRA administration, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, IRA administration, or wealth management client support.
• Proven track record of exceptional client service and accuracy in account-related activities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills in a dynamic environment.
• Team collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and technical support to retirement investment customers, including IRA activity guidance.
• Handle inbound/outbound communications (phone, chat, email) with timely responses.
• Support day-to-day IRA administration and recordkeeping activities.
• Assist customers and advisors with navigating the technology platform and documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and partner recordkeepers to ensure proper documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams while maintaining accountability for satisfaction.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality when handling financial data.
