Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience leading customer-facing digital products.
• Experience in financial services, lending, or regulated industries preferred.
• Experience launching or improving customer experiences and product analytics.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for ELFI's private student loan products.
• Lead customer discovery to translate insights into product opportunities and plans.
• Prioritize investments using customer evidence, business value, and feasibility.
• Define success metrics and use analytics to guide future investments.
• Collaborate with development teams and compliance functions to align priorities.
• Serve as liaison between customers, business and Digital Solutions.
