Job summary

ELFI is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for private student loan products. You will partner with customers, technology, and leadership to translate insights into prioritized initiatives that drive value and compliant delivery.

In this role, you’ll lead customer discovery, define success metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless origination experience on our platform. A track record in financial services is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management leading customer-facing digital products.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.
• Experience launching new products or improving customer experiences preferred.
• Experience with financial technology online lending and loan origination systems preferred.
• Familiarity with product analytics and modern product development practices.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and maintain the roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Translate business strategy into actionable product initiatives.
• Prioritize product investments using customer evidence, business value, and feasibility.
• Evaluate new product opportunities and recommend where to invest.
• Define success metrics and use analytics to inform decisions.
