- Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, stabilization, and adoption.
- Translate outcomes into clear requirements, KPIs, and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering to influence design and ensure resilient services.
- Own roadmap sequencing, prioritization, and agile execution to achieve outcomes.
- Establish production ownership including monitoring, incident response, and improvements.
- Drive platform adoption and enablement with partners; manage risk and governance.
