You will partner with Business Platforms leadership, scale cross-functional programs, and mentor the next generation of product talent within Pinterest.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing and scaling platforms with clear orchestration vs. feature development.
• Proven background designing and managing sophisticated business-facing tools and ad journeys.
• Track record building, managing, and growing high-performing teams and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute platform strategy for the Pinterest Business Assistant and ads tooling.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Data Science, TPM, Product Marketing, Sales, UX/UXR.
• Drive adoption, retention, and revenue impact of business-facing tools through targeted investments.
