Qualifications

• Experience in building and scaling platform products for advertisers or business tools.
• Proven leadership in growing high-performing teams and managing cross-functional programs.
• Experience designing AI-enabled assistance features, in chatbot or agentic contexts.

Responsabilités

• Own product strategy for a major monetization lever and lead platform decisions.
• Define durable platform strategies for the Pinterest Business Assistant and its sub-tools.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Data Science, TPM, Product Marketing, Sales, UX/UXR to drive revenue growth.
