Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a vision for new and existing capabilities that match the right ad to the right Pinner at the right time. You will translate problems into clear business and technical requirements through BRDs and PRDs, including epics and user stories.

You'll maintain a clear roadmap, align with partner teams on architecture, guardrails, and experimentation, and drive measurable advertiser and Pinner outcomes across backend ads delivery systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, engineering management, data science, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Own a vision for new and existing capabilities to match ads to the right Pinner at the right time; translate statements into BRDs and PRDs with epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap and requirements backlog; track status from discovery through GA; ensure traceability from goals to shipped features.
• Coordinate changes to back-end ads delivery components to meet product requirements.
• Partner with engineering, ML, data science, analytics, design, PMM, sales, and policy/integrity for launches.
