Pinterest is seeking a PM Director for Advertiser Growth to own platform strategy and lead a critical monetization initiative. You will sit at the intersection of AI and monetization growth, shaping the AI era for our core advertiser tools and developing the next generation of product talent.

You will manage a cross-functional team, drive durable platform strategies, and play a key leadership role in expanding business tooling with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Platform-scale experience and ability to distinguish orchestration from feature work.
• Experience designing business-facing tools or ad-platform journeys.
• Proven track record building and growing high-performing teams.
• Experience building AI-assisted functionality, chatbot or agents.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive revenue growth with principled trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, retention and revenue impact of our business tools through product investments.
• Establish a durable platform strategy for the Pinterest Business Assistant and sub-agents.
• Align priorities across Engineering, Data Science, TPM, Product Marketing, Sales, UX and UXR.
