Job summary

SBHonline in Woodbridge, NJ is seeking a Production Coordinator to drive product development from concept through final production. This role partners with overseas suppliers, factories, and internal teams to move projects on schedule and ensure quality, cost control, and on-time delivery.

You will manage multiple projects, maintain specs and costing, coordinate packaging and artwork, and support testing, certifications, and documentation using Airtable, Sage X3, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in production, product development, sourcing, or related consumer-products role.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with overseas suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple products and deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP/db systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development and production projects from concept through final production.
• Communicate with overseas suppliers and factories regarding quotations, samples, costs, timelines, and status.
• Track multiple projects and follow up on deadlines, samples, packaging, testing, and milestones.
• Assist with sourcing and evaluating new suppliers and factories and support negotiations.
• Maintain accurate product specifications, costing information, production details, and documentation.
• Coordinate packaging and artwork development with internal and overseas partners.
• Help manage product testing, certifications, and related documentation.
• Review samples for quality and alignment with specifications.
• Maintain project information using Airtable, Sage X3, Excel, and ERP tools.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, design, operations, logistics, and management.
• Prepare samples and information for reviews, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Identify production risks early and drive follow-up until resolution.
