Job summary

SBHonline is seeking an experienced Production & Sourcing Coordinator to oversee manufacturing and sourcing operations for our wholesale business. The role involves managing production timelines, coordinating with overseas vendors, sourcing new products, and ensuring quality from development through delivery.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, fluent in English and Mandarin, and experienced with overseas factories, particularly in China.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in wholesale production, sourcing, or manufacturing coordination.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee production with manufacturing partners in China.
• Source new products and identify market trends and opportunities.
• Manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate daily with overseas factories, vendors, and suppliers.
• Monitor product quality and implement quality control procedures.
• Issue purchase orders and track status from placement to delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and production terms with manufacturers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material replenishment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with factory partners and sourcing opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to fulfill orders.
• Resolve production, quality, and shipping issues to minimize delays.
