Job summary

Sbhonline is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our Woodbridge, NJ team. This full-time, in-office role supports product development, sourcing, and end-to-end production with a strong emphasis on detailed execution and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years in production or related consumer-products roles, excellent project-management and Excel skills, and comfort working with ERP systems and overseas suppliers. Growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in production, product development, or a related consumer-products role.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience communicating with overseas suppliers; proficient in Excel and ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development and production projects from concept to final production.
• Communicate with overseas suppliers about quotes, samples, costs, timelines, and production status.
• Track multiple projects and follow up on deadlines, approvals, samples, packaging, testing, and milestones.
• Assist with sourcing and evaluating new suppliers and factories and support cost and negotiations.
• Maintain product specifications, costing information, production details, and documentation.
• Coordinate packaging and artwork development with internal design resources and overseas partners.
• Help manage product testing, compliance requirements, certifications, and related documentation.
• Review samples for quality, construction, finish, function, packaging, and conformity with specs.
• Maintain organized product and project information using Airtable, Sage X3, Excel, and other tools.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, design, operations, logistics, and management.
• Prepare and coordinate samples for internal reviews, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Identify production risks early and follow up until issues are resolved.
