Job summary

Burlington Stores in New Jersey is seeking a PD Sample Coordinator to manage the end-to-end product development sample process with merchants and vendors. You will ensure on-time delivery, accurate tracking, and thorough review of samples.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product development, sample management, or related experience.
• Prior experience leading a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with PLM or sample tracking systems preferred.
• BA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Sample Flow & Communication with merchants and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Track PP and TOP samples and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
• Tag samples and enter product descriptions into the system for accurate inventory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to organize samples for reference.
• Share sample status and feedback with vendors to ensure timely communication.
• Run sample inventory reports and purge outdated samples.
• Review samples for color consistency, weight, finishing, and craftsmanship.
• Maintain records of sample status, delivery dates, and approvals.
• Develop relationships with cross-functional departments and vendors to understand the sample process.
• Schedule weekly meetings with merchants to review samples and quality callouts.
• Collaborate with PD Sample Manager to streamline workflows.
• Maintain organization of physical sample space per lifecycle standards.
