Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Product Development Sample Support Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day PD Sample operations, lead the PD Sample Coordinators, and partner closely with merchants, vendors and cross-functional teams to keep samples tracked, reviewed and properly logged.

This working supervisor role balances leadership with hands-on sampling tasks, driving efficiency and quality while reducing merchant workload.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product development or sample management.
• Experience leading a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with PLM or sample tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to the PD Sample team.
• Set workload, accuracy, timelines and quality standards.
• Prioritize workloads to meet business needs.
• Delegate tasks across coordinators for balance and efficiency.
• Be the primary contact for sample tracking, timing, quality, or workload issues.
• Train new PD coordinators on sample process and tools.
