Qualifications

• 3+ years of product development, sample management, or related experience.
• Prior experience leading a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with PLM or sample tracking systems preferred.
• BA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to the PD Sample team and set workload expectations.
• Coordinate PP and TOP samples to ensure on-time, tagged, logged and tracked status.
• Oversee quality checks for color, weight, finish and craftsmanship and document findings.
• Maintain accurate sample data in internal tracking tools and support tool development with IT.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with merchants, vendors and facilities teams.
