Job summary

The Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a PD Sample Coordinator to work with merchants to organize the end-to-end product development sample process.

You will ensure samples are delivered on time, tracked accurately, and reviewed thoroughly, enabling merchants to focus on driving business needs. You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams, maintain sample records, run inventories, and support quality reviews across color, weight, construction, and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product development, sample management, or related experience.
• Experience leading a team is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and reporting.
• Familiarity with PLM or sample-tracking systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end sample process with merchants and vendors.
• Track sample status, delivery dates, and approvals.
• Prepare sample inventory reports and support quality reviews.
• Maintain accurate sample records and assist cross-functional teams.
