Job summary

Printfresh LLC is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to support concept-to-production across our collections from PLM data management to milestone tracking. You will coordinate samples, maintain accurate product information, and ensure cross-functional teams stay organized and on schedule.

The role requires 2-5 years in product development or production support, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and a detail-oriented, process-minded approach.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Product Development or Production support.
• Experience with PLM systems, BOMs, tech packs, or product databases preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing large amounts of product data and information.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in apparel, accessories, home goods, or consumer products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support seasonal product development from concept through production handoff.
• Maintain development calendars, milestone tracking, and WIP reports.
• Track sample status, approvals, and development progress across multiple categories.
• Coordinate communication with internal teams and vendor partners regarding development status.
• Partner with Product Development, Design, Technical Design, Production, and Merchandising teams to ensure smooth execution of development milestones.
• Help identify missing information and follow up with appropriate teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Support preparation for line reviews, fittings, and development meetings.
