Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a highly organized Product Development & Production Assistant to support a fast-paced apparel team in California. You will assist from inception through bulk shipment, managing data, samples, and development timelines while coordinating with the Product Development/Production Manager.

The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, PLM/ERP familiarity, and a proactive, cross-functional mindset to keep development records accurate and on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development, production, apparel, or related field preferred.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, data entry, and basic reporting.
• PLM and/or ERP experience is a plus; Full Circle experience is highly preferred.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and track incoming packages, submits, and samples.
• Check samples against records and flag discrepancies.
• Maintain tracking documents, charts, and development systems.
• Support factory communication, including documentation, comments, and requests.
• Attend fittings on behalf of the manager as needed.
• Support PLM and ERP data entry, data pulls, and general data management.
• Use Excel to track and report product and development information.
• Assist with orders, reorders, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organized product development records.
• Provide additional support to the Product Development and Production team as needed.
