Job summary

Faherty Brand is seeking an organized and proactive Part-Time Product Development Assistant to support seasonal sample tracking and cross-functional collaboration from our Manhattan HQ. This role acts as a liaison between Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, and global vendors to ensure on-time product execution.

The position requires 1–3 years in Product Development or Fashion Merchandising, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and familiarity with PLM systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Development, Sourcing, Production or Fashion Merchandising within apparel.
• Strong organizational and data-tracking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Foundational understanding of garment construction, textiles, and trim development.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets; familiarity with PLM or development tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• In-office collaboration from Manhattan HQ Tue–Thu to support sample reviews and cross-team projects.
• End-to-end tracking of pre-production, marketing and sample approvals to ensure 100% visibility.
• Timeline management to ensure timely delivery of samples for seasonal shoots and campaigns.
• Maintain physical sample archive and ensure accurate labeling and BOM alignment.
