WelspunUSA is seeking a Product Development (PD) Coordinator who will support the complex administrative functions across the product development and sampling process. You will help manage timelines, maintain documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in product development, project coordination, or related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management tools.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor development calendar and WIP reports to support Market Week development by tracking samples and development status.
• Track project timelines, milestones and Time & Action (TNA) to meet technical pack deadlines and production schedules.
• Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, packaging, brand and overseas offices.
• Maintain accurate product specifications, records and development documentation.
• Maintain market week sample record and fabric libraries to support internal team and workshop requirements.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, packaging teams to develop coordinated colors, patterns, material concepts and sample execution.
