Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Philadelphia is seeking a detail‑oriented logistics planner to support customer projects and order fulfillment. You will create and maintain production schedules, forecast requirements, and process purchase orders while coordinating with procurement and ERP systems to ensure on‑time delivery.

The role requires an Associate's Degree with 1–3 years of related experience, strong math and computer skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• College Level Mathematical Skills.
• Intermediate Computer Skills: Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and has knowledge of various computer programs.
• Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
• High Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions that may be provided in various forms.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the customer specific production schedule for both long-term forecast and short-term production demands.
• Follow up on the workflow through each step to maintain schedule integrity and communication.
• Communicate Any On-Time Delivery risks.
• Ensure accurate forecasts are in place for monthly MRP runs.
• Place purchase order requisitions with procurement and expedite/delay/cancel as needed.
• Support fulfillment and application of MRP tools in ERP system through forecast and order management.
• Maintain documentation processes including batch records and ERP work orders.
• Monitor On-Time Delivery and documentation metrics for business units.
• Assist with disposition of Nonconforming materials and component variance notifications.
• Prepare shipment documents and manage labeling/print mats for production requirements.
• Ensure obsolete materials are dispositioned and invoiced after revision or end of project.
