Job summary
La Roche Posay, part of L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty, is seeking a Manager to lead New Product Development in the US and globally from New York. You will manage formula development, briefs, cross-functional collaboration with R&I, Claims, Packaging, and Ops to drive launches from ideation to production in a timely manner.
You will identify consumer, medical and tech trends, develop product strategies, manage COGs and launch pricing, and partner with marketing and DMI to ensure impactful
Qualifications
- BA degree required; 3–5 years in consumer packaged goods or beauty marketing experience preferred.
- Launch management experience across product life cycle.
- Strong execution, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Experience with R&D on new products or renovations is a plus.
- Skincare domain experience is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead formula and concept development and coordinate briefs with R&I, Claims, Packaging, and Ops.
- Identify global and US trends to inform product development strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and DMI to drive successful launches.
- Manage COGs, gross margin, and pricing for new launches.
- Develop and manage product briefs, launch timelines, and product claims.
