• Excellent organization and follow-through; able to handle changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with Executive Director and VP to present new launch options for a 3-year innovation calendar.
• Autonomously manage PD lifecycle from concept to execution with marketing collaboration.
• Manage formula approval processes with vendors and R&D.
• Analyze past performance and market trends to propose shade lineups.
• Present concepts and innovations in cross-functional and leadership meetings.
• Review and redirect submissions to achieve lab-to-market success.
• Develop targeted launches addressing trends and brand objectives.
• Coordinate with marketing, packaging, and creative for market-ready introductions.
• Ensure timetable dates are met with Brand Value Chain coordination.
