Job summary

La Roche Posay is seeking a Manager to join the NPD Team in New York, leading US and global product launches and category development aligned with brand strategy. Qualifications

BA required with 3-5 years of industry marketing experience.
Experience launching multiple products through full life cycle.
Proven multi-project management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead formula and concept development, initiating briefs for new projects and collaborating across R&D, Claims, Artwork/Color/Packaging, and Ops Development.
Identify consumer, medical and technology/ingredient trends globally and in the US to inform product development strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and DMI to create and deliver successful product launches.
Manage artwork, packaging development, copy direction, and ensure timely release of final materials.
