RéVive Skincare, a leading luxury American skincare brand, seeks an experienced Formulation Chemist to support the R&D director and establish our first US-based R&D Center in New Jersey. You will lead innovative formula development, optimize existing formulas, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of skincare formulation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of formulation science.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• Knowledge of FDA, NMPA, PCPC, EU regulations for formulation.
• Knowledge of scale-up and manufacturing process.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Innovative formula development: design, test, and drive new skincare formulas.
• Formula improvement: update existing formulas in response to market trends and feedback.
• Documentation: create and maintain formula sheets and technical data sheets.
• Efficacy studies, stability, and safety testing: plan and coordinate studies; verify shelf life and product quality.
• Regulatory compliance: collaborate with Regulatory to meet global standards.
• Cross-functional collaboration: support Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and Business Development.
• Competitive analysis and ingredient evaluation: benchmark and test new ingredients.
• Quality assurance and problem solving: design experiments to resolve quality complaints.
• Scale-up and technology transfer: pilot batches and transfer to manufacturing.
