Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Development - EMV and Payment Technology in Helena, MT. You will lead cross-functional teams to approve device-based and cloud-based payment solutions, ensuring adherence to Mastercard standards and timely delivery.

Role spans Wallet UI, wearables, mobile apps, and back-end systems, with global scope across payments ecosystems and strong collaboration with external partners.

Qualifications

• 9+ years’ experience in quality assurance, project management, or business process engineering.
• Strong understanding of digital payment systems and EMV specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Access; Visual Basic development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for Mobile Payment Applications, Wallet UI, Wearables, and Back-End Server Approvals.
• Ensure full compliance with testing, branding, approval processes and rules.
• Oversee global approval processes for Wallet UI, MPQR, Cloud-Based Payments, TSP, and TSM.
• Interface with external partners, vendors, developers and customers.
• Organize weekly stakeholder calls to track progress and resolve issues.
• Manage vendor contracts and engage legal when required.
• Accredited Laboratory Management and GTBI tool delivery to labs.
• Provide quarterly reports on SLAs, volumes and KPIs.
