Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 5 years of payment technology research and development experience.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal or external business clients.

Responsibilities

• Technology Design & Product Development: lead design and development of new payment technologies for card devices, mobile and cloud-based payments.
• Testing, Certification & Compliance: define testing requirements and procedures; own validation with L2 tools; advise on certification programs.
• Vendor & Partner Management: manage relationships with card/chip manufacturers, test labs/tools providers, and app developers.
• Industry Standards & Stakeholder Collaboration: participate in development of payment specs with global standard bodies; communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Risk Management & Operations: proactively mitigate risks and customer-impacting issues to senior management.
