Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Product Manager- Technical to oversee end-to-end transaction flows and integration strategies for ongoing projects in Santa Fe, NM. You will own the roadmap, manage backlogs, and partner with architects to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

You will translate business objectives into epics and stories, drive discovery, and lead cross-functional teams across engineering and operations to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Management or related roles overseeing complex tech products.
• Experience owning roadmaps, prioritization, and full lifecycle delivery.
• Strong ability to translate objectives into epics, features, and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and execution for assigned platforms and capabilities.
• Lead intake management and prioritization of new initiatives with business value.
• Define a clear road map balancing investments, priorities, and technology enablement.
• Facilitate value-driven prioritization using WSJF or similar methods.
• Drive data-driven decisions balancing customer impact, value, and complexity.
• Lead discovery, define epics/features/user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Break down initiatives into actionable features aligned with team capacity.
• Develop compelling narratives and business context for features and stories.
• Partner with architects and engineering leads on technical requirements.
• Own backlog strategy, grooming, and alignment with priorities.
• Define and govern integration strategies and data contracts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate status to leadership.
• Maintain ALM discipline and ensure documentation and playbooks are up to date.
• Use telemetry and analytics to measure product success and drive optimization.
