Job summary

Intel Corporation seeks a senior LTD product yield engineer to deliver test and analysis solutions for LTD Yield. You will partner with design groups to improve product yield through data-driven methods and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving impact across multiple sites.

You will formulate yield strategies, debug new interactions, and present findings to LTD leadership while partnering with program managers and defect teams.

Qualifications

• PhD in electrical engineering, computer science, VLSI design or physics with 1+ years in semiconductor yield roles.
• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, VLSI design or physics with 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Formulate yield problems mathematically and drive solutions with stakeholders.
• Identify root causes of yield issues and plan mitigations to meet targets.
• Develop new yield analysis methods and algorithms for analytics.
• Collaborate with design units to debug process/product interactions.
• Develop and present yield strategies to LTD leadership.
• Work with Program Managers, Process/Device Integration and Defect teams.
