Qualifications

• Ph.D. in semiconductor science-related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience with data analysis systems and software tools preferred.
• Experience with yield projection and line parameters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify root cause yield limiters and drive corrective actions.
• Develop methods to analyze big data for defect modes and yield modeling.
• Create visualizations and roadmaps to meet yield milestones.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure manufacturability across specs.
• Develop AI/ML tools to bridge design and manufacturing and reduce debug time.
• Document procedures and train colleagues in manufacturing environments.
