We are seeking a Product Development Engineer to collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing team to specify components for each project and create corresponding drawings of the components and final product assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects
• Develop 3D and 2D SolidWorks models and drawings for manufacturing support
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing personnel throughout production
• Support engineering change orders (ECO) and manage BOM revisions

Requirements:

• BS Engineering degree in Structural, Civil, Industrial, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in SolidWorks
• Attention to detail and strong spatial visualization skills
• Organizational skills with effective time management
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Strong drive to support customer needs and earn business through proactive support

Nice to Have:

• Experience in similar roles, estimating, or solar industry experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience in solar or renewable energy sectors
• Knowledge of commercial, structural, foundation design, and customer interaction
