Join Our Team as a Full-Time Product Development and Business Coordinator in Manassas, VA - USA!

Your Mission:

As the Product Development and Business Coordinator, your mission is to enhance operational efficiency, support business growth, and help drive the creation and development of innovative products. You’ll work closely with the Director of Product Development and the Operations Manager to ensure that processes run smoothly, regulatory requirements are met, and client relationships are nurtured.

Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Product Development to support business development, marketing, and sales initiatives, contributing to product growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for inquiries and providing technical product guidance.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in delivering technical product support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the Facility Manager to support on-site composting processes, monitor equipment performance, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Manage and monitor product testing programs to ensure environmental compliance and operational efficiency, analyzing and reporting test results.
  • Provide essential administrative support, including safety training, documentation management, and communication of key operational data.

This job is for you if you:

  • Have a post-secondary degree or diploma in a science-related field (biology, chemistry, environmental engineering, etc.).
  • Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
  • Have knowledge of composting processes or biological processing of organic waste streams (an asset but not required).
  • Are proficient with MS Office, ECS, and ERP systems.
  • Pay strong attention to detail and are skilled in accurate information management.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and thrive on building client relationships.
  • Are proactive, analytical, and thrive in a hands-on environment.
  • Have a problem-solving mindset and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
