Job summary

Under Armour in Baltimore is seeking a dedicated teammate to support the Technical Design Manager. You will assist with developing graphic embellishments and the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to production.

You will build technical packages, manage BOMs and specs, support fit sessions, and liaise with overseas vendors. A detail-oriented, proactive mindset and teamwork are essential in this hybrid role with 4 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on product development.
• Ability to create and update design documentation and specs.
• Familiarity with BOMs, construction details, and fit standards.

Responsibilities

• Support one or more product categories from concept to production garment.
• Assist in building technical packages including BOMs and specs.
• Support fit sessions on live models and process fit feedback.
• Coordinate with overseas vendors and track prototype samples.
• Conduct graphic strike reviews and maintain tracking data.
