Job summary

Under Armour in Baltimore is seeking a Digital Apparel Design lead to advance 3D design, digital visualization, and virtual product development across the team. You will help set standards for digital apparel design, rendering quality, and digital asset creation while fostering a collaborative, cross-functional digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Software proficiency across Browzwear, Clo and Rhino 3D for digital apparel design.
• Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and material rendering tools.
• Understanding of digital asset creation and visualization workflows.
• Strong apparel design process involvement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor-level or equivalent background in design-related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate 3D apparel design activities and digital visualizations.
• Set and maintain digital apparel design standards and asset quality.
• Represent digital design in reviews, huddles, and cross-functional meetings.
• Drive innovation in virtual sampling, rendering accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship on digital tools and emerging tech.
