Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. in Baltimore, MD seeks a Lead, Digital Designer (Apparel & Footwear) to advance digital design, 3D rendering, and virtual product development across the team.

You will partner with Design and Product teams to accelerate decision-making and elevate asset standards, driving efficient workflows within a hybrid setup. The role requires strong apparel design experience, advanced 3D rendering skills, and the ability to lead digital workflows from concept to final asset creation,

Qualifications

• Apparel design experience and understanding of the apparel design process.
• Creative mindset with high visualization standards.
• Proficient in 3D rendering, digital materials, drape physics and lighting.
• Demonstrated ability to execute a fully digital product creation workflow.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day 3D apparel design activities delivering high-quality digital designs and visualizations.
• Set and elevate digital design standards, processes, and deliverables across the product ecosystem.
• Represent Digital Apparel Design in reviews, huddles, fit sessions and cross-functional meetings.
• Drive innovation in virtual sampling, rendering quality, and data-driven design standards.
• Provide training and mentorship on digital apparel tools and workflows.
