Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Graphic Designer 1 - Youth to bring brand stories to life on product. You will work with Design leadership from ideation to final production, shaping concepts into ready-to-manufacture tech packs for youth apparel.

You will collaborate with teams to ensure brand relevance, stay current with trends, and contribute to a hybrid in-office schedule with evolving in-person requirements. A strong portfolio in graphic design for apparel is essential.

Qualifications

• BA, BFA in Graphic or Industrial Design
• 2-5+ years of experience preferred
• Advanced user of Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic knowledge of screen-printing, trim design, and apparel construction

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design leadership to produce brand-relevant apparel graphics, tees and trims reflecting Under Armour DNA.
• Gather, prepare, and present conceptual ideas for youth products.
• Demonstrate flexibility, organization and multi-tasking across projects and categories.
• Build and manage tech packs for production.
• Provide design support beyond assigned projects and categories as needed.
• Stay dialed into graphic and apparel trends, art, and sport culture.

Purpose of Role

The Graphic Designer 1 - Youth plays a key role in bringing critical Under Armour "stories" to life, conceptually and visually on product. Working closely with Design leadership, he/she/they will ensure all projects are facilitated from creative development (ideation/story building) through to final execution (tech packs/production). This role will support our Youth product.

Your Impact

• Work collaboratively with the Design leadership and respective team members to produce brand relevant Apparel graphics, tees and trims that reflect Under Armour’s DNA and standards.
• Gather, prepare, and present conceptual ideas.
• Demonstrate flexibility/adaptability, organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Build and manage tech packs.
• Provide design support for the greater design team as needed beyond that of ones assigned projects and categories.
• Be dialed into graphic and apparel trends, art, and sport culture.

Workplace Location

• Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, Maryland office.
• Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office per week through September 5, 2025. Beginning September 8, 2025, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week.
• Travel: International and domestic travel as needed.

Relocation

• Relocation may be provided up to a specified amount

Base Compensation

$61,808.00 - $84,986.00USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
