Job summary

Under Armour in Baltimore is seeking an Assistant Product Line Manager for Collaborations & Partnerships. You will work with external partners across product divisions, report to the Sr. Director, and help deliver briefs and development plans to maximize brand impact.

The role requires strong project management, presentation and collaboration skills, with experience in full product life cycle. It is a hybrid position with four days in the office, 5-10% travel, and a base salary between $65,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with typically 2 years of related experience or Masters degree without experience or typically 6 years of relevant experience without degree.
• Project management, product marketing, merchandising and/or Consumer insight experience.
• Strong presentation, organization, project and time management, collaboration and influencing skills.
• Preferred experience managing Full Product Life Cycle
• Strong Communication and Collaboration skills
• Ability to mine consumer insights & translate into product solutions
• Ability to multi-task across categories and functions

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying potential partners, building the brief, communicating the vision to cross functional partners, and carrying the process from concept to commercialization.
• Work with design, development and sourcing through the fit and development process to deliver product hitting margin targets.
• Oversee data entry into systems and ensure data is up to date.
• Support Sr. Director with seasonal business plans and partner insights to inform line planning.
