Job summary

Headway is building a platform to make mental healthcare accessible. We’re seeking a senior Product Designer to own the provider growth funnel—from landing page design to agentic tooling that guides providers through the signup process.

You will collaborate with Creative, PM, and Eng to iterate quickly using AI-powered prototyping tools, shaping a high-conversion experience that drives patient access and improves the provider onboarding journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, with real time spent on conversion, growth, or acquisition work.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design craft for public-facing surfaces.
• Experience designing agentic or AI-powered workflows such as real-time decision support or intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Own provider rebrand and landing page design to drive high-converting experiences.
• Lead the lead form and acquisition entry point with low-friction, high-trust design.
• Design PGA enablement and agentic tooling to guide providers through the funnel.
• Diagnose SQL→IC drop-off and run experiments to improve funnel metrics.
• Collaborate with Creative/brand, PM, and Eng across design systems and processes.
