Job summary

Headway is seeking a design-focused member for the Provider Growth team to own the top-of-funnel experience for providers on the Headway platform. You’ll redesign the provider landing page, craft a high-converting lead form, and shape internal PGA tooling to support conversion.

You’ll collaborate with Creative, research with providers and PGAs, and apply AI-assisted prototyping and iteration directly in code to move from lead to activated provider.

Responsibilities

• Provider rebrand landing page design to premium, high-converting experience.
• Own the lead/application entry point with low friction and high trust.
• Design PGA enablement tooling with real-time signals for coaching.
• Improve funnel conversion from SQL→Intake-Complete through experiments.
• Collaborate with research and Helix design to raise craft standards.
