Job summary

Headway is transforming mental health care by building a platform that supports providers and scales access to care in the United States. We are seeking a Staff Product Marketing Manager to shape provider growth strategy, craft differentiated positioning, and lead GTM efforts that improve provider acquisition, activation, and early engagement.

You will collaborate with Growth, Design, Lifecycle Marketing, and Research to turn insights into impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PMM experience in consumer, marketplace, SMB, subscription, or product-led businesses.
• Ability to build positioning and messaging and influence product and growth strategy.
• Experience driving provider acquisition and activation with measurable outcomes.
• Comfort with ambiguity and prioritization of what matters most.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional work across Product, Growth, Sales, Customer Success, Research and Creative.

Responsibilities

• Build deep provider insight and translate it into product and growth decisions.
• Own provider positioning and messaging to attract providers and build trust.
• Lead Provider Growth GTM and drive acquisition, activation and early engagement.
• Lead GTM channel planning and execution with integrated marketing plans.
• Identify high-impact opportunities to attract and activate providers.
• Equip teams with frameworks to tell a consistent provider story.
