Job summary

Roblox is seeking an experienced Product Designer for Marketing Systems (BizApps) to optimize and expand Roblox's web presence. You will focus on UX architecture, design language, and visual consistency across platforms, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and brand teams to deliver cohesive experiences.

You have 4+ years in web design, UX, or product design, with strong expertise in design systems, branding, and visual language.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in web design, UX, or product design.
• Strong web and mobile design experience with design systems.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (PMs, engineers, brand designers).
• Portfolio of beautiful, usable web/mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Audit, research, strategize, and lead design for web platforms and websites.
• Partner with design systems and brand teams for visual consistency.
• Create intuitive, functional designs for web and mobile.
• Build a visual design language aligned with Roblox brand.
• Work with PMs, engineers, and teammates to realize designs.
• Conduct UX research via interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Deliver wireframes, prototypes, specs, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Establish a scalable design system for web and mobile.
• Evolve the design system as features emerge.
