Roblox is seeking a Product Designer for Marketing Systems (BizApps) to optimize Roblox's web presence. You will shape UX architecture, design language, and visual consistency across Roblox's sites, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive experiences.

Responsibilities include auditing platforms, building a scalable design system, and conducting UX research to guide decisions. A 4+ year track record in web/UI design and proficiency with Figma and Creative Suite are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in web design, UX, or product design.
• Strong experience with design systems, branding, and visual language.
• Experience collaborating with PMs, engineers, and brand designers.
• Portfolio showing cohesive web and mobile experiences with focus on consistency.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).

Responsabilités

• Audit, research, strategize, and lead design for Roblox web platforms and websites.
• Partner with design systems and brand teams for visual consistency across Roblox's web presence.
• Create intuitive, functional, and visually polished designs for web and mobile experiences.
• Build a visual design language that aligns with Roblox's brand and web strategies.
• Work with PMs, engineers, and other team members to bring designs to life, ensuring alignment across functions.
• Conduct UX research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to guide and validate design decisions.
• Deliver wireframes, prototypes, design specs, and high-fidelity visuals that communicate design intent.
• Establish a scalable design system for web and mobile products that maintains consistency and quality.
