Roblox is seeking an experienced Product Designer for Marketing Systems (BizApps) to optimize and expand Roblox's web presence. You will focus on UX architecture, design language, and visual consistency across platforms, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and brand teams to deliver cohesive experiences.

You have 4+ years in web design, UX, or product design, with strong expertise in design systems, branding, and visual language.

As a Product Designer on Marketing Systems (BizApps), you'll be an individual contributor dedicated to optimizing and expanding Roblox's web presence. Marketing Systems maintains and improves our company websites, builds new ones, and keeps Roblox's web surfaces aligned with our design systems and brand identity. You will focus on UX architecture, design language, and visual consistency across platforms, working with multiple teams at Roblox to deliver a cohesive experience across the company's online presence.

You have experience in web design and understand how design systems and branding contribute to a seamless digital experience. You develop long-term design solutions that improve the user experience on websites and mobile platforms.

You will:

• Audit, research, strategize, and lead design for our web platforms and company websites

• Partner with the design systems and brand teams to ensure visual consistency across Roblox's web presence

• Create intuitive, functional, and visually polished designs for web and mobile experiences

• Build a visual design language that aligns with Roblox's brand and web strategies

• Work with PMs, engineers, and other team members to bring designs to life, ensuring alignment across functions

• Conduct UX research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to guide and validate design decisions

• Deliver wireframes, prototypes, design specs, and high-fidelity visuals that communicate design intent

• Establish a scalable design system for web and mobile products that maintains consistency and quality

• Evolve the design system as new features and user needs emerge

You have:

• 4+ years of experience in web design, UX, product design, or a related field

• Expertise in web and mobile design, with a strong understanding of design systems, branding, and visual language

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including PMs, engineers, and brand designers

• A deep understanding of the full design process, from ideation to execution, including design sprints, UX research, and iteration based on user feedback and metrics

• A portfolio that demonstrates beautiful, functional, user-friendly web and mobile experiences, with a focus on consistency, usability, and flow

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to advocate for design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders

• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with design systems and component libraries

• A proactive attitude and a passion for staying current with design trends and best practices

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page (https://careers.roblox.com/total-rewards).

Annual Salary Range

$176,940-$214,710 USD

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
