Roblox is seeking a Senior Product Designer for Consumer App to shape how users navigate and interact with the Roblox platform across mobile, desktop, console and XR. This high‑impact role blends systematic thinking with meticulous craft to define core architecture, navigation, and platform features used throughout the app and in games.

You will drive UX strategy, collaborate with PM and engineers, and prototype in context using AI tools to accelerate design decisions, ensuring a cohesive user

Formación

• 8+ years in product design with shipped work on navigation, information architecture or interaction models at platform scale.
• Strong craft across visual and interaction design, and fluency in Figma (auto layout, variables, components).
• A track record of UX strategy: framing ambiguous problems, setting direction, and getting it shipped with cross-functional partners.
• Cross‑platform experience: mobile, desktop, console, and XR environments.
• Advanced prototyping skills (Figma, Origami, ProtoPie or code), including hands-on use of AI tools to explore and prototype faster.
• Influence without authority across several teams, and the judgment to say no with a better alternative.
• Exceptional communication: tell a compelling story, move stakeholders to action, document systems with precision.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the app’s structure: contribute to core architecture, navigation and information architecture across mobile, desktop, console, TV and XR.
• Design for every input: define interaction models for touch, mouse/keyboard, gamepad and headset from the start.
• Define the system UI: set UI architecture and interaction patterns for app and in game.
• Design core platform features: shared capabilities used across the app to work on every surface.
• Drive UX strategy: frame problems, set direction with PM, eng, data science and research; use A/B tests and research to decide next steps.
• Influence across teams: align partner teams to fit the app and present reasoning to leadership.
• Prototype in context: use AI-assisted tools to test interactions on real devices and inputs.
