Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Director of Product, Consumer Frontend, to elevate Roblox UI across Core UI, Luau architecture, and the Design System. You will lead a cross-functional team, drive standardization, and collaborate with creators and engineers to shape the future of multi‑platform UI at scale.

You will report to the Senior Director of Product for Apps at Roblox HQ in San Mateo, CA, with a strong emphasis on strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience shipping consumer products across multiple platforms.
• Experience with design systems, UI platforms, or platform-wide UI changes.
• Strong stakeholder management and alignment across teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional execution with engineering, data science, design, marketing, partnerships, legal and policy.
• Experience running complex AB tests and communicating trade-offs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Consumer Frontend team (Core UI, Luau architecture and Design System).
• Lead common UI paradigms in the Roblox Consumer Application and provide design system guidance.
• Drive UI standardization and adoption through stakeholder collaboration.
• Define success metrics and measure progress against them.
• Occasionally personally PM critical projects and mentor the team.
• Grow the PM team, hire when needed, represent the team at Creator events.
• Communicate updates, milestones, and priorities to stakeholders across the organization.
• Stay informed on UI/UX trends and AI-enabled improvements for efficiency.
