Job summary

Roblox in San Mateo, CA is seeking a Product Designer to shape and scale our internal tool ecosystem. You’ll craft self-service, AI-enabled dashboards and workflows that help teams analyze data, manage knowledge, and integrate tools with ease.

Collaborating with product managers and engineers, you’ll translate complex needs into elegant experiences, own high-visibility dashboards, and raise the craft bar across the enterprise platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience solving complex, systems-level problems in highly technical enterprise environments.
• Domain expertise in data analytics, enterprise ecosystems, internal productivity platforms, or developer tooling.
• AI/LLM design experience: defining interfaces for agentic workflows and trusted AI-enabled tools.
• Expert command of modern design stacks and Figma environments; ability to translate complex data into intuitive interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Transform the Builder experience: Lead end-to-end UX for core productivity and collaboration surfaces, removing friction from day-to-day workflows.
• Unify the ecosystem: Transform how discrete internal tools come together into one cohesive platform—connecting work tracking, growth and performance, and knowledge discovery into everyday workflows.
• Pioneer agentic UX: Define new interaction patterns for LLM-powered, agentic workflows, bridging Builder intent with AI execution and trust.
• Bridge design and engineering: Partner with product leaders, engineering, and data scientists to elevate experience quality across complex constraints.
• Set the craft bar: Own high-visibility dashboards and leadership-facing experiences, turning dense signals into clear, actionable insight.
