Job summary

Roblox is seeking a senior product designer for Creator Experiences at our San Mateo headquarters. You will transform backend-heavy infrastructure into intuitive, high-craft user experiences across translation, server management, and extended services.

You’ll partner with product and engineering to ensure data-driven, scalable solutions for a global creator community. You’ll lead end-to-end UX journeys, collaborating with design, product research, data science, and engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual design craft.
• Strong product, systems, and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma.
• Comfort with AI prototyping in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end UX journeys for Roblox Creator Experiences.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to drive design discussions and provide specs.
• Present design journeys and strategies to teams and groups.
