Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Senior Product Designer for Creator Analytic in San Mateo, CA to shape end-to-end UX journeys for Creator Hub tooling. You will translate complex data into visual dashboards and intuitive experiences for a global creator community.

You will collaborate with product, research, data science, and engineering to define UX strategy, drive design decisions, and deliver high-fidelity interfaces across devices. This temporary role offers onsite work with a dynamic, creative team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a track record delivering creator and game platform tooling.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional interaction and visual design craft, paired with strong product, systems, and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma, and confidence in AI prototyping and concepting in everyday workflows in their designs.
• End-to-end systems thinking that advocates for holistic and connected user experiences.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence cross-functional decisions, and balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
• A passion for immersive platforms, gaming, user-generated content, or tools that enable people to create and express themselves.

Responsibilities

• Craft end-to-end experiences, define UX strategy, and bring in new perspectives and deep industry knowledge.
• Deeply care about craft by creating visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces across devices for a global audience.
• Partner with product and engineering to drive design discussions and proactively provide insights, in addition to design specs and partnering on implementation to deliver a high-quality, high-craft experience
• Leverage analytics and user feedback to identify pain points and implement data-driven improvements.
• Present design journeys and strategies at the team and group level.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and scalability of Creator Analytic tooling.
